1. Lost or Stolen Packages
We ship through USPS, they provide secure shipping methods, easy and trackable. If you lose your package in transit, we will do everything possible to help you.
Once we deliver the package to the carrier company, we are not responsible for delays in the delivery logistics of your package. Have in mind that holidays and weekends are non-working days for USPS.
2. In case of free delivery promotions
